Articles for Small Business.
Over the years, I’ve written a number of articles for small business operators on the topic of the Internet and e-business.
These articles have been published in print at Business Services West Magazine, Small Business Canada Magazine, Business in Vancouver, Retail BC, Blitz Magazine and more. And online at eBusiness Connection, Canada Business Service Centre Network, Community Futures Network Society of Alberta , Government of Canada Internal Communications Toolkit, webnames.ca, SOHO and more.
You’ll find them in the Articles section of this site.
Curriculm Development.
The Canadian Society for Social Development – an award winning training center for persons with disabilities – was seeking an e-business consultant and writer to develop curriculum on the topic of starting and operating a business on the Internet. This courseware would be offered by Human Resource and Development Canada in an online self-employment program.
Working with the Executive Director, I developed a comprehensive e-business series targeted to start-ups.

How-to Guides.
The Pan Western e-Business Team commissioned a series of sixteen start-up guides to help small business operators get started on the Internet. These guides have been made available in both electronic and print form, through government and non-profit organizations, to small business operators across Western Canada. I was commissioned to write four of these guides.
This guide to Internet Marketing was later purchased by TELUS Communications and offered to small business clients through the TELUS website.
